Hello, I am Bastete

I came into this world in 2024, not far from a farm. My mother disappeared when I was just a baby, leaving my brother and me on our own in the Shimba Hills thickets. Fortunately, some compassionate individuals found us and cared for us during our early days. My brother struck it lucky and was adopted soon after we reached the rescue center. My new family from Animal Aid Kenya decided to keep me as a source of positive energy on their farm. I'm really enjoying my time here and have formed friendships with the other animals. Even though I feel completely secure, I've chosen to take on responsibilities and look for a kind-hearted person in the world who is ready to support my wellbeing. Sometimes, I have to visit the vet, and I must admit that food can be quite expensive here in Kenya. By sponsoring me, I promise to do my best to be a good girl, and I'll share lots of pictures and updates from the farm with my sponsoring friend, letting them know how my life is unfolding.
